What we are for
Most companies have a system that does not exist yet: the platform their product should run on, the agent that would take a whole queue off a team, the engine underneath a process no vendor was built for. Building it well is slow and expensive to get wrong. That is the work we do.
How we are run
Agatech is a small company of senior engineers. The people who scope an engagement are the people who build it, and we keep the team on a project small enough that everyone on it understands the whole system. We do not staff client work with juniors and we do not subcontract.
What we believe
- Platforms, not prototypes. Everything we ship is typed end to end, tested where it matters, observable and documented.
- Agents with guardrails. Evals on every change, explicit tool permissions, a human in the loop where it counts, an audit trail always.
- Your stack, your IP. Code in your repository from the first commit, no proprietary runtime, hand-over included, NDA by default.
What we will not do
We do not build prototypes we would be embarrassed to operate, we do not lock a client into a runtime they cannot leave, and we do not promise dates before the scope is written down.
